Refund & Exchange Policy

All customers are hereby notified that as per the terms and conditions of COD (Cash on Delivery) in Pakistan, the courier company will not allow the customer to open the package before the payment has been made.

You, as a customer, have the right to return the package only after payment and acknowledgement of delivery to the courier company.

If you need to return the package, you must notify us after payment has been made and send the package back by coordinating with our Customer Service team.

Please do not force the courier person to open the package, as it is against the rules and regulations of COD Pakistan.

Exchange Policy

Any product purchased from Catalyst Nutritions online can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, unless:

Original invoice is not provided by the customer

Product has been opened or used

For issues such as allergic reactions, gastric issues, headaches, etc., products will not be returned or exchanged. Please consult your physician before buying any supplement

Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame of 7 days

Promotion, discounted, or near-expiry items will not be accepted for exchange

Product is damaged due to use or not in the original condition as sold to the customer

Product has been tampered with or is missing serial numbers, original stamp, QR code, or barcode

Product is not in original packing

In case the exchanged product is out of stock, the customer will be provided store credit, which can be used for a future purchase.

Exchange Procedure

Customer must contact our Customer Service team and lodge an exchange request.

If the request is approved, the customer can either:

Visit our store with the product and collect the replacement, or

Courier the product to our head office.

If returning via courier, the product must be securely packed in its original packaging. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Once received, the replacement product will be shipped within 2 to 5 working days, depending on the courier company.
