EXCHANGE AND RETURN

Yes, you can easily exchange or return the purchased product without any trouble. But, you have to return your purchased product within 3 days of the shipment and without opening the seal.

We will refund your entire amount except the shipping charges.

Keep in mind that opened sealed products or used products will never be refunded or exchanged.

We will not refund your money if you are not satisfied with the taste or consequence of products.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

Website design, graphics, content, logo, Catalyst Nutritions name, text, software, slogans, themes, and trademarks are the legal possessions of Catalyst Nutritions, so it is illegal to use them without our permission.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

We have all legal rights to raise the product cost at any time without notifying you. However, if you booked your order at a previous rate, we will not charge any excess amount.

DELIVERY

1 to 3 working days are required to deliver your item to your doorstep. However, some delay might occur due to courier service issues.

In any circumstances, for instance delayed delivery or damaged parcels, you can contact our customer support team at any time. They will resolve your problem as per our policy.
